Running time of solar fountains?

I live in Southern California and am planning on putting a solar fountain in a very sunny part of my backyard. My question is, how long will it run for? Will it run constantly provided there is bright sun shining on it, or will it juice up, run, then stop until it juices up again? Or does this depend on the kind/quality of solar panel? Thanks.

It depends on the storage capacity of the solar product, the quality of the solar panel and of course, the amount of sun you get.

Is it legal to buy small fireworks online if I live in California? (sparklers, spinniners, fountains)?

I want to buy some fireworks online from some firework selling websites. However, I don't know if it's legal to be shipped to California. Also, will they go to me if they find out that I'm ordering fireworks, which are dangerous? Will I be able to keep and use the fireworks in my backyard? They're just small sparklers and spinners, no big fireworks.

You can purchase sparklers online. Class C consumer fireworks cannot be legally sold online to CA residents.
If you are really concerned you should call your local Fire Marshall to see if these types of fireworks are legal in your area.
If they are not legal you can still probably get away with it as long as you don't do anything stupid or have neighbors that might call the cops.
If they are illegal and cops catch you will them they will most likely be confiscated and you could possibly be fined. This usually depends on the cop.
